Good morning drifters. It's 55 here in the desert this morning and was a couple degrees cooler when I first got up. Sun is shining and going into the 80's today, should be a nice day.

Glad to say no attacks by any of the hoards overnight but I'll have to keep my eyes open during the day.

You folks been supplying me with some good sounds over the past few days and I appreciate it. Good music always brings back the memories and that's a good thing.

Have a friend that did the computer dating thing for a while, man he sure came up with some weirdos. Finally met a lady and they lived together for a couple of years then broke down and got married. A couple years later he came home from working out of town and she had cleaned him out and moved away. Took most of his belongings including an old TV that wasn't working except part time. She left him a note saying she was gone and not to look for her. You never know.

Woke up with a BAD Headache this morning. So I laid back down. It's raining AGAIN today!!!

Woke up about an hour ago and called Colt's Customer Service to see when my Government and Commander XSE's were made. Both made in 2014. Pretty cool.

Got on line and ordered new Brownell's catalogs. Both the AR and 1911. I still have my commercial account with them that I haven't used in 6-7 years when I owned my Custom Knife Company. So I still get my discount and Free Catalogs.

I also called VZ grips about my order that was placed over 2 weeks ago. They said it will ship tomorrow? I didn't realize what I had ordered was a CUSTOM build. I thought they would have had it in stock? But these are their NEW Operator !! in Black & Gray G10, Full Magwell Bottom, Taurus Ambi Cut, With bottom cut out (notch) for a Wilson magwell. For my NEW To Me Taurus Duo Tone PT1911. So basically my grips are one off's? I can't wait to shoot the living snot out of it! It came from Davidsons and has a LIFETIME Warranty and Taurus also has a LIFETIME Warranty. It's fully covered!!

I've also been on line this morning looking at Wilson Combat mag's for the Taurus 1911. Can't decide on the brand new 500 models or the ole stand by 47D's? I LOVE D'S! Wink Wink! So something to ponder?

So fix'n to head out, go to Walgreens and the Bank and grab some lunch. I'm Sick Of FAST FOOD!

Might head to a Little Middle Eastern place that I've been going to for years. I love their Homemade Falafel. With their homemade Cucumber dressing. I'm NOT in the mood for Fast Food or Meat Today!

So I'm off to PLAY in the Rain!
