Alright, you have a good day. I got yard work to do.
Here in Norway all imported food has to be labeled with country and producer , i personally stay away from meat from some countries like Ireland and England, i eat very little canned or frozen vegetables, i like fresh and clean food, i Fish my own salmon and Trout and plan to start hunting deer and moose again , there is nothing like a fresh smoked salmon With scrambeled eggs and a Cold beer![]()

As long as we are on a health kick, don't forget about the modern US home in which we create a toxic gas chamber of carcinogenic Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC's). While healthy alternatives exist for a small premium, most builders and re-modelers specify Particle Board, Plywood, Insulation, Carpet, and Paint that off-gasses VOC's for decades. In a home with less fresh air intake thanks to tight windows and doors, a Heat/Energy Recovery Ventilator works wonders.
With the latest spate of cancer afflicting our membership, we could do ourselves a favor and keep VOC's in mind when the opportunity arises to choose building products.
Absolutely! Beer has food value but food doesn't have beer valueIs Heineken food?
I can't catch my own salmon but I do cure my own!

Yes, but cancer rates are skyrocketing and life expectancy is only being maintained by leaps in medical science, raising mortality rates.. . . and life expectancy keeps going up.
Yes, but cancer rates are skyrocketing and life expectancy is only being maintained by leaps in medical science raising mortality rates.
Many solvents are carcinogenic. Many household products contain them, and their off-gassing is called VOC's. If you value your health, they should be avoided.Junk science.

Topic is the health safety of consumer products imported from China, ala food.Scary! Scary! And completely off topic.
Life expectancy isn't just about food. It's everything. Safer working conditions, sanitation, science and cures, dare I say.....regulations. Everything together makes life longer. Life is easier today than it was 100 years ago.Junk science.
