Not much moving in the drift tonight,must be holiday hangover. Thunder booming awhile ago but no rain so far. I really like sleeping when it is raining but we can't take even a little or more flooding. Hope everyone had a good day and goodnight to all. Drift on!

Well the temp has dropped to 89 degrees in the desert tonight, getting chilly here. Loknload you put a couple of songs on here tonight that I haven't heard in many, many years. Big songs back in their day though.
If someone wants to "gift" me a million dollars, I won't quibble over grammar, syntax, semantics, or whatever other language art they may fracture.
I see your point though.
Which means I should probably go to bed too.

I think I am going to stay up all night and post in the drift. I'm really not able to sleep and have nothing better to do. So I should let those creative juices flow and cut loose tonight in the drift. I may be on the cusp of a deep and profound thought that could initiate global change and usher in world peace. If I get two or three hours of sleep a night I'm doing good. I would sit here at the keyboard & post some of my infinite wisdom...maybe pass on some of my teachings...but after a while, even though I might be technically awake & aware, it just ain't so. I get to where that X15 I'm trying to ride has long since bucked me off; I just haven't realized it yet, & it would explain the nature of a lot of my predawn postings...
