Plunging into the work routine of monthly reports, I spent most of the day on the fitness reports. It gives them an opportunity to look at their strengths and weaknesses and also to tell me where I am wrong.
Barges assist in unloading the large ships. They carry their loads over the reef and land them directly on shore. One of the difficult aspects of beach landings in the Pacific is the reef that lies in varying distances off shore. A surprise reprovisioning took place today when reefer ship Lioba sent 16 tons of fresh provisions to Yolo. It helped in renewing our fresh foods.
