Annoyed at thread drift

Well folks it's 94 in the desert this evening. Had a little wind along with a dust storm this afternoon but it didn't last long as they usually don't. No rain with the storm but it sure looked like we would get a good drenching maybe it went into Phoenix.

Hopefully there were no hordes hiding in the dust storm cause they could have snuck by without being seen.
 
Good morning all. It's another hot steamy morning here in Houston. Localized heavy thunderstorms are predicted to pop up in the afternoon heat, forecast to be about 92 today. The little storms actually cool the area down a bit and improve the air quality. There is no tropical weather activity of concern this morning, so it is just another summer day. I'm going to try and do my standard 5.6 mile walk and anti-emu scouting mission this morning. My knees and ankles appreciated having a day off yesterday. I had done a 7.5 mile walk Sunday morning and my joints were stiff and sore yesterday. Each of you have a great day!

Good morning Drift! Made it to Tuesday and have my coffee so I am good. I have a new laptop that I have had for awhile and haven't used because my iPad is just so convenient. I looked at pictures from my game cam with it last night and have decided that every night I am going to use it for something just to start learning W10. Just a warning in case I zap the drift or something! Onward with the drift!

Had my morning coffee while checking the deck project in daylight! :D
The deck project is coming along and looking good! :D This guy is really doing a great job and is very conscientious about what he's doing, just haven't been able to get him here on a regular schedule? But I guess that's the way it is when you're in business for yourself! :cool: The wife worries about it getting done, so I hear about it? :rolleyes: It will be finished in time for the granddaughters visit and she can swim in the pool! She has a lot to show us since she is on her pools swim team! 5 years old and she's on the swim team! :D

BCC, good to see you about and congrats on getting your wife in the program! :cool: Wish I could convince mine!

vonn good luck with Windows 10, haven't heard a good word about it and my wife's laptop just downloaded it and she's not happy!

Heard some good music here already,,,thank you Mr. Kwselke! ;)

Well back to the coffee pot... Drift on!

I've got Windows 10 and it works fine for me.
I don't really see what all the fuss is about.
 
Skeptic 9c,,,,Woke up in Denver, the Cherry Creek RV park is great, concrete pads and blacktop roads. Easy in and out as well. Some rough weather projected, will keep the awning in just in case.

Isn't it great when you pull your coach into a campground with paved roads and concrete pads? Just back your coach into a spot, drop your levelers for support and you're good to go! ;)
No stones, dirt and uneven sites! :cool:

RIP Pat Summitt!

One of the greatest all time coaches of our times has passed away. She was only 64. She took the Lady Vols to many championships. Our hearts bleed Tennessee Orange today!

May God Bless her, her family and all the people her life touched!
