Well, at least the 6th inning has finally ended - Hogs absolutely pounding Texas - I am wondering if the Texas Tech - Florida game will be played tonight.
We watched, went to lunch, came home watched some more. Took naps, watched some more. Went to dinner, and are watching in the restaurant. About to go home and watch some more! Baseball cross-bred with a marathon. There have been enough pitchers in the game to field one side of football team.
I just saw in the crawl that the next game will follow on ESPN 2.

After what Kody Clemens did to the Tennessee Tech bench, I'd like to see the Hogs win by 50.
Us Gators have been in a rain delay for 3 months it feels like. So much for a 7 pm game. Looks like it is going to be another late night game for me. I hope the Hogs get this thing finished soon as our game does not start for another hour after this one ends.

Oregon State v. Washington losers' bracket game in the bottom of the 6th with Washington leading 5-4 has been weather delayed for hours now - obviously the Miss. State v. UNC winners' bracket game will start very late, if played at all. I have to be up very early in the morning, so even if they play late, I doubt I will be watching baseball tonight. Not what I had planned!
DE, I hope you get to see it. I am so looking forward to it but I almost wish the Heels had to tackle someone else as I like, respect and fear the Bulldogs.

And I have great respect for the Tar Heels! I saw UNC eliminate one of our best teams in the Starkville regional in 1989. Great program with a great history. Hope it is a good, competitive game with some great baseball.
I think there is a fair chance it may be played tomorrow. My app says both games are still delayed.
Stumbled over the late innings of OSU / Wash. Glad I did, the dugout reception for the Wash. player's last at bat that lost his mother last spring was beautiful.

I was able to watch the last two innings, so I saw the 8-run top of the 8th. UNC has a good team, and I did not expect that big of a win. I am thankful for where my Bulldogs are at this point.
The clouds looked a bit ominous, so I hope they can play the other two games scheduled for today. I would like to watch some of those games.
UNC and Oregon State are both quality programs with great teams, and will now meet in the losers' bracket. My Bulldogs still have to get the winner of that game to get to the finals.

Some strange juju indeed going on in Omaha 
Ya know......I do believe LSU beat Miss State three times this year to one loss.........and I also seem to recollect that we beat Arkansas 2-1 as well

Arkansas v. Texas Tech postponed until tomorrow - no more baseball tonight. Bummer.
Glad we have a TV at work! Omaha gets more rain than a South American rainforest.
