Been wanting to do this for a while …. Dressing on the bottom, then a mix of turkey, green bean casserole, and a cup of mayo, then topped with mashed potatoes and cheese. An hour in the Traeger and best Casserole ever!

I just don't do leftovers, period. 24-72 hour old food just isn't appetizing to me. The wife knows after 47 years, that if there is left over food and she isn't going to eat it…..not to even think about putting it in the fridge. I have delicate tastebuds.

We had lots of dinner rolls left so I been making roll, turkey, dressing and cranberry sauce sandwiches.

I used to eat them . But my mom made Crannberry Relish and i do miss that. I have asked My Brothers and Sister if they had the Recipe and they both told me they thought it was off the top of her head. I have tried to make it but it is a no go.

Good point; I don't know what time span is considered safe for consumption, but I've always used the three-day rule as the outside maximum for leftovers in the refrigerator.
