Cherie (wife) and I were reminiscing our High School days!

It is a "Malt" I wonder if the the Millennials and Gen X know what a Malt is.

Got to hunt for them today, Culvers offers them.

Do you ever think back about the good times?

I know some of you had horrible High School days so reminisce about another good time in your life instead.

Life is too short to be stuck in "What If"

I haven't had a malt since about 1970 at Woolworth's counter.

I would love to relive my late teenage years where football was my life. I cried when my playing days were over.

By the way, I never sprinkled malt on my hot chocolate, either as a teenager or now. I do "sprinkle" some Yukon Jack 100 Proof on my hot chocolate. We've had some snow here, and I think it is time for my hot chocolate.

For refreshments of youth, they don't exist anymore, but Chocolate Egg Creams at Meyers on 18th Ave.
We moved into and rehabilitated my childhood home in Brooklyn during 2018. Hard work, but had a great time reestablishing roots.

12/12 11am;

I am headed to Ben's to get two different bottles to add to my coffee,
now that Winter is here.

I have five "Flavors" that I add to my "Joe" with one being a Basque relaxer ! :D

We don't have Culver's here. But I've been to them in other states. A malt and cheese curds please!!!! As a teen it was Dairy Queen for a Blizzard in my 68 Camaro. Before that I had a 70 Chevelle. I'd give ALOT to have either of them back.

Egg Creams at the Drug Store soda fountain, sitting on those old round stools cemented to the floor. makes the hemorrhoids pucker..

Loved getting a hamburger and a malt at the RX lunch counter. Put in lots of malt and lots of butter on the HB bun when toasting. Later on at 16 it was A&W root beer floats and a little 'kiddie' mug for the dog. Dog wouldn't drink anything cept water and A&W root beer.
