Don't like Matlock? I used to watch it when I was younger, but I always loved Clarence Gilyard in it.

A few weeks back we watched the 1920 American silent horror film Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde. That's something.

The Reluctant Astronaut is funny too, with Leslie Nielsen and Don Knotts.

Kojak is one of my favorite tv shows, but nowhere to be found currently. Might end up buying the DVD set.... if they have one.

Cheers, Frasier, Night Court...older? Emergency, Adam 12, Combat, 12 O'clock high (the movie and the TV show) The Avengers, the original Lost in Space, that show was so bad it's good. My wife watches Murder She Wrote, and the one with Dick Van Dyke...I don't remember the name. He's a doctor, his son is a detective.

Movies might be anything, but almost nothing "new." We watched Key Largo the other night for about the 50th time.

Oh, and anything with Greer Garson.

Have Gun Will Travel - morality with overtones of impending violence.

The Thin Man movie series and all manner of wonderful black & white film noir from the 30s and 40s.

Always enjoy James Coburn films like Flint and Presidents Analyst.

Body Heat is one of my favorites. Tops in the film noir genre. Also back in the time when Kathleen Turner was sort of hot.

I also find there is precious little worth watching on Netflix. And the roster of foreign language productions seem to be increasing every week. I am not interested in movies which require me to read English subtitles.
