Reality TV has no reality in it! It is scripted by TV types who barely know which end of the gun the bullet comes out. It is all for audience ratings. The episode ending is already scripted into the show before shooting starts. So much for reality.

I was just watching it this evening. Eve is on the Last Frontier show. She looks as good as ever, if kind of filled out from having 2 kids. And they're cute kids.
Better than watching NFL, the unAmerican league. What's not to like, Alaska, guns, snow mobiles, chain saws. Its got it all.

The only reality show that I watch with any regularity based out of Alaska is Deadliest Catch. It might be put on with some of the interactions between the crew and over-dramatized, but they are fishing in some of the most dangerous waters of the world to be fishing in. You can't script or fake 40+ foot seas and rogue waves.
The rest of that reality tripe leaves me cold and uninterested.

I like The Last Frontier even though they are the worst shots for people living off the land. I like how they re-purpose things like the old wooden bridge that floated away and they salvaged. There fare too many re-runs and not enough new episodes. Their daughter Jewel (the singer) is coming home in the new season.
I like the Edge of Alaska even though it is really absurd and obviously fake.

For me, they're as interesting as pro wrestling or poker.
But, there are shows I like that others might consider ****, so I won't judge anyone for watching them!
