What's for dinner?

tonight dinner was an experiment.. based on a discussion with my wife's cousins wife.. she didn't have bread crumbs for meatloaf and used stuffing instead.. I took it one step further.. ground turkey , maple pork sausage, onions, and stuffing with seasonings... made a glaze of cranberry "can jelly", mustard onion pineapple brown sugar vinegar and R/C Cola... turned out great...

first time I made beef stroganoff for my future wife I didn't know what a clove was.. so I used the entire bulb.. she is a garlic hound and loved it.. maybe that's why she married me? Always better to be lucky than smart...

Dinner tonight was Beef tips and baby bella mushrooms smothered in brown gravy over wide Italian egg noodles , with a side of steamed broccoli and my homemade Italian bread.
I was only able to take a pic of my bread before my phone died and needed to be charged.

I am still perfecting my skills as a bread baker. I'm currently concentrating on the simple Italian and french peasant breads and rustic baguettes.

I did not serve. I have friends who did, who say they will never eat off a tray like that again. I get it..... But, they are kinda perfect for wings.
