Hot vegetable (broccoli,califlower,carrots,mushrooms and raisins) curry over brown rice.

Mushroom smothered pork chops.




The chops look spectacular, but with brussel sprouts too?!?!? They're my favorite veggie. I'm spoiled tho because I get them fresh from a local farm market when in season - they're about 1.5 - 2" in diameter and I eat them weekly. I have to make them my self because no one else in the extended family will eat them!

A good cook indeed. My wife could hold her own against any of the local restaurant chefs/ cooks in our area. Buuut, I'm a pretty darn good cook myself. Self taught as a young man , out of necessity.
 
Brussels sprouts are Kryptonite to the boys but Ruthie and I love them and try to have them several times a month. We have several different ways that we prepare them and each is as good as the next.
 
couscous Curried veggies/raisins/chick peas /lamb/spicy.
