I apparently haven't had dinner since this thread started until this evening. I went all out with a chicken salad sandwich, chili cheese fritos, and sugar free popsicles. Don't be jealous.

Kentucky Fried yard bird strips, Mac and cheese, slaw, mashed potatoes and gravy, and of course, biscuits. Washed it all down with Barq's root beer.

The little wife is just over a case of the flu and I asked her how she was feeling?
Lobster tails will be on sale, 2 for $10 and I asked her if she would be up for it?

Last night it was a nice pork roast with angel hair pasta and green beans.
Tonight the leftover pork roast went into a nice stir fry with broccoli, mushrooms, red peppers, pineapple, carrots, and rice noodles.

My valentine of 45 years.
As I was starting the Valentines meal, last night, Joyce tossed me a curve.
"I will have the two Lobster Tails and you can have the steak", as she watched me unwrap the food items.
Which was fine with me, as I went back to the frig and pulled out my emergency kit.
A package of three large Lamb chops !!
I can cook or Wok the beef in a few days, in some manor.
However, she did bring home a bottle of "Bubbly", bless her little heart,
for the special meal.
Hope every one had a fun time, with some hugs and kisses.
