Anyone ever seen this factory soft case.

I haven’t seen another. Curious to see if anyone here has one or had one. This soft case came with this 2003 first run .500mag. I’m thinking they may have only made very few of them or even only went to select distributors or people close to S&W.
The story I was given was that they may have only came with the first 50 .500’s made.

Theres a similar one marked 460 listed on a different site right now, priced at $50. Its new with tags attached. Sorry that I don't know the history of them.

Thanks Todd. Any reply is always appreciated. This particular.500 was part of Dave Regula’s collection and now is part of mine. Dave was part of Accusport distributor among many other things that added to the good of our community. I purchased this and a few others from his family. Value of it is worth more to me than what it’d sell for. I’m just so curious about the case because the lack of any online info.

I have one of these. My girlfriend bought it for me when I bought my 500 in late 2004.

Why don't you post a photo of the end label on the blue box
this will allow us to determine how early in production the gun actually is.
