    Had it with Apple

I buy made by Google phones. My family like the folding Samsung ones. Both Google and Samsung manufacture them in Vietnam. No Apple of any size shape or form in this house. Apple less likely to be hacked is a myth.Apple to be more expensive is not a myth especially the branded accessories...

    Had it with Apple

I've been avoiding as many things as possible that are made in one particular country. I search before buying and if there's an alternative I usually go with it. Do you know where your devices are made?

Found an old, very rusty revolver

"Under The Floorboards" Why was it hidden there? Who puts a gun under the floorboards or a body in a wall? Was it used in a homicide?

    New revolver and curious

If it were mine I'd not change anything on that 10-5. I'd give it a 50:50 ATF and Acetone bath for about a week, lube it,put the grips back on and shoot it every week or two. It doesn't get much better than a snubby 10-5 for an every day carry.

    LETS GO RANGERS

$1.25/hr was a good job back then when most paid $1.00/hr After the 1st period ended we would often sneak down to the pricey seats close to the ice that were vacant. I was in the right place at the right time once and a puck came over the glass and landed in my lap. That may have been 1959 or...

    LETS GO RANGERS

Do the names Gump Worsley,Lou Fontinato,Bill Gatsby and Red Sullivan ring a bell? The old Madison Square Garden on 8th Ave at 50th Street where a high school kid could buy a side balcony ticket for $0.50 but all the ice was only visible from the 1st two rows of seats up there.A mad dash once...

Bringing a Model 10-6, 4”, Bull barrel blued back to long life

Every previously owned revolver I buy is soaked for about a week in a bath of 50% ATF and 50% Acetone in a sealed container to revove old gunk and loosen rust. Then it is lightly stroked with bronze wool and oil to remove any stubborn spots.

    Value of 19-3?

I would not refinish it;I'd just give it a good cleaning Take the wood stocks off and soak the gun in a 50% ATF and 50% Acetone bath in covered container for 3 or 4 days. This will remove all the old oil, dirt and gunk. Best is to take the side plate off and remove the internal parts but you can...

Thinking of getting into reloading shotshells, cheap and easy method?

I always found the AA one piece hulls easiest to reload. During my competition skeet shooting days I had a Pacific set up for 12ga and MECs for 20,28 and 410. I hear the 209 primers are hard to locate but how about the wads?
