Upstate NY and NYC are worlds apart . NYC is liberal anti gun, The mayor (Bloomberg) is the worst of them 6 million people live in the 5 boroughs and the libs outnumber the rest of us, so they rule the roost. That why I purchased my retirement home in SC.

Try NY you go to the gun shop show them your permit, buy you gun get a receipt bring that to you county center fill out pages of paperwork. Now you wait approx 2 wks If the judge decides you can have another gun they amend your license,back to gun shop more paperwork, only then can you pick-up...
