10 rd Long Mags shipped from S&W 1/18

I just received an email this morning saying my mags have shipped. I really wasn't expecting this to even go through, but somehow it did! I went to track them and they are well on their way! My order was placed on Jan. 9th around 10pm for 5 of these....

So, at least this gives some hope to everyone else waiting for their orders on these 10rd longs. I still haven't heard anything on the 25rd ones that I placed back on Dec.28th. If they come, they come. If not, hopefully Pmag and DT will come through. Patience is key!

Still amazing to me how a business that large can be that disorganized.

I ordered 3 of the 10-round long mags on 1/10, and had order confirmation that day. I thought at first this thread sounded promising, until I see that a few older orders still have not shipped.

Now I'm feeling fortunate I have 2 magazines. A friend just bought a 15-22 so he will have to live with one magazine for awhile, apparently.

I'm sorry to hear that and to the others in the same position. I thought I read on here last week people had received emails from S&W that their orders were cancelled or kicked out of the system due to a glitch. I don't remember if I "signed up" or checked out as a guest, but I wonder if that had anything to do w/ it?

I called S&W this morning about the order I pl;aced on 1/10 for 3 of the long, 10 round magazines. I had received an email back within 24 hours from them with order number when I originally placed the order. When I called today, I selected "7" which was the option for inquiries on magazine orders. All I got was a reply that they were out of stock, with no information on pending orders, then a disconnect. I called abck and tried to get a live person to learn more, and I gave up due to an apparently fairly long queue.

At this point I'll just wait until later in February. My credit card expires then, so I need to make sure my order is not cancelled or bumped if they try to fullfill the order after the end of February.

Discouraging, to say the least. It would be a different story if I thought there were ANY alternatives in the marketplace. And it would be nice if S&W at least would provide some information on their automated replies, to give all of us some idea of how long it may be for current orders to be processed.

I called them and they said it was shipped so I ask for the tracking number and they arrived today

This is good news. Ordered 2 10's and 2 25's from S&W on the 13th, so maybe mine will be here before too awful long.
