Just got one in and the belt does indeed measure 1/4 inch thick (almost exactly, at .245"-.255" measured with calipers a few places the length of the belt).
At $30 to my door (first-time buyers get a free shipping code), this belt is hard to beat. First impression is definitely positive.
Which Galco model, exactly? However the big test for me is how they look after 10 years of daily use and my Galco purchased in 2008 is still going strong.
Can you show an up close photo, please, of this "creasing"? I can't tell from their website what this creasing means.
Is the belt/leather stiff ?Just got one in and the belt does indeed measure 1/4 inch thick (almost exactly, at .245"-.255" measured with calipers a few places the length of the belt).

Glad to see it works. I went to a local farm supply store and purchased a two-layer leather belt for around $35. Been carrying a Glock 23 for two years with it and it works just as well as the day I purchased it.
I can put my Glock 17 on it with a three mag pouch and it doesn't sag. Leather is very stiff even after two years.
I just ordered two, 1 black, 1 tan. We shall see!
