327 Night guard for Concealed Carry?

I have had My 327 now for a couple of months and thought it would be a pain in the you know what too carry it concealed. But after getting used too it, it seems almost as natural as a J frame especialy a Model 60. I have shot alot of heavy and light rounds through it, 357 and 38 and am very impressed with it for its lightness, very accurate, good night sights and just plain good looking. All and all I am pleased with buying it, even if it was a little more than most Smith and Wessons. Hell even the dreaded lock is not an issue anymore. Just wanted too throw my 2 cents out there about a gun that I think is a very good one and especially one for self defense.

You betcha Photoman, and having 8 rounds of 357 is also a no brainer.

I think CC with the 327NG is an excellent idea I had a dual loop IWB holster made for mine by AKJ Concealco AKJ Concealco LLC - Concealment gun holsters, personal defense related equipment, and other gunleather. and it's been great. I was carrying several guns off and on trying to balance weight, grip size and capacity etc. I do love the 327, it's a true fighting pistol if you ever need it.

Last fall, I nearly opted for one as my 'ultimate' HD revolver. I had bought a 2 5/8" PC627 UDR 4/10 and loved it. It was moonclip ready - something the 327NG isn't. That - and only a couple of dollars difference - swayed me - I got a second UDR. As S&W's DeSantis-made holsters were for the 327NG, I ordered an OWB holster from Lobo Leather for it - great value.

A great source for a fine holster... but get a better belt! Oh - another case for the 327NG - the 5starfirearms.com speedloader and 2 x 8 loading plate - no persnickety moonclips needed!

Thanks for this report! It is encouraging. I picked up my 327 yesterday and will take it to the range in the morning. I too plan to carry it concealed.

It's a fantastic weapon and to me with great ergonomics and very accurate. Now I'm wondering what the Model 349 .44 Mag NG would be like?

Got a 327 nightguard and a 327pc snubbie a couple weeks ago--the ultimate defensive revolvers! The ng pretty much disappears in my cargo pants pocket, but the 21 oz offers a lot of potential for comfortable CC. I prefer pocket holsters and am looking for maker to craft me a ph for each.

I haven't shot a 327, but my dad's 329 is the same size/weight. I think the 327 would be a sweet carry gun.
