Equal,
I do load for the 35Rem just not with that powder. I use Varget though and that at the maximum listed weight for the bullet. Good results from a friend that owns the rifle.

Hope this helps!

Skip,
I appreciate the reply.I don't have any Varget on hand or seen any in about 5 months.I'll let you know how things turn out with IMR-3031.I'm supposed to have some 200 grain.358 FTX componets coming sometime this week,I'll update you on those as well when I get some loaded and get time to shoot. Thanks again.

A very accurate load that has caused the demise of several Texas deer in my Marlin 336 Carbine is 41.0 gr. of H322 behind the Hornady 200 gr bullet.

+1 for the Marlinowners site. Search 35Remington's posts on heavy loads for the .35. I've been using some of his data and been pleased. How does 2200 fps out of a 20 inch barrel sound? He uses several powders but it seems he likes H4895 for the heavy stuff.

Guys thank you all for the input,I have Win-748,H-322 and 4895 on hand and will try those also if I'm not happy with 3031 under the 200 grainer.Thank you all!
