38 spec +p in a Model 14

I have a Model 14-2 in good shape, I'm wondering if it's safe to use + p ammo in this weapon.

Perfectly safe to shoot though I'd stick to +P loaded by the major manufacturers (Federal, Winchester, Remington, CCI).
