I agree with Lee and Bill, does not look like a refinish but if you are not happy with it let me know I would be happy to take it off your hands. Carl

I do not see any signs of a refinish on that gun.
The topstrap is supposed to be polished on this model.
You have a good gun there, and you got a bargain. I have never sold one anywhere near that cheap.
agreed, that is a bargain basement price for sure.
I have pre 24 in 6.5". Just got it Lettered by Roy. I would not take less than $2,500 for it
Now that you have one, you can join the argument about how many of the four inchers were actually made.
