5906 broken extractor

Bought a used 5906 a few months ago and I love it. However it's not ejecting spent shells some times. I think the extractor is broke. I can't find any any were does anyone know if a 5906tsw extractor will work. Or have any ideas ?

If the extractor is working most of the time removing fired cases and ejecting them out of the gun I would look at the magazine(s).

A week magazine spring can cause your issue.

Does it happen with nato spec 9mm,US made brands and reloads?

EDIT:It may have a heavy recoil spring instead of a factory 17lb weight if the previous owner swapped it in to shoot hotter loads?
