A blemished 32 HE arrives

Bought this at an auction (not GB) and received it today. Paid about $220 after fees and shipping. It would be in very nice shape, if it wasn't covered in mottled blemishes! Seems to be little used, with a bit of holster wear. 3 1/4" barrel. Bore and chambers are great. Stocks are also very good. All numbers match, including the stocks. SN 538763, which seems to be early post-War. Nice smooth trigger pull, too.

Shes got freckles on her but, she's pretty. I like it a lot and I think you stole it for that price. Well done.

Love those old grips. And, they appear to be in great shape. That metal would probably look a lot better with a little boiling and carding.

S&W .32 Long, a Regulation Police, 4” blue # 586848, shipped in February 1953.

The RPs and the Hand Ejectors were in the same serial number series.
