Explanation...
I'll explain later why I'm asking...
It might already be apparent to some but I raised this question with the 3rd Gen Team because I am finally at the end of my initial 3rd Gen
2-year long buying spree.

From here it gets harder, more expensive and a bit more complicated. It's also going to require more patience and time. And as Bam-Bam likes to point out, at my advanced age, the one thing I don't have left is a whole lot of time.
In short, I now own enough of the easy ones and I finally landed my first Model 4506 as well as my first "no-rail" TSW and my first "railed" TSW. The truth is that my
short Want List (
the realistic one) is down to just three 3rd Gens left, none of which will be quick or cheap to find in really nice "TTSH-acceptable" condition.
So it is time to start thinking about the next direction that me and my expensive, noisy hobby should go in... or at least something to supplement the expected long wait between further attractive 3rd Gen accumulating or trading opportunities.
Along those lines, I am trying out just about every handgun that isn't broken, in the repair shop awaiting parts or otherwise falling apart at the local indoor range that I just joined.

It has been an interesting experience so far to say the least and it is having a profound effect already on my opinions with regard to certain brands and guns... and what I might like to own and what I might want to sell.
To further complicate matters, for a variety of reasons, my next one or two acquisitions are probably going to have to come from Cabela's.

That may not sound like such an onerous thing until one realizes that our Massachusetts Cabela's store is not like the Cabela's stores in the free states. Well beyond the MA-compliant requirement, the new handgun selection is pitiful, stock is invariably low and used handguns are banned from sale.

But it is an unavoidable economic imperative at this point. I have no other choice.
And now you know why I need all these new ideas from the "team"!
