Maybe because Patrick Stewart can act?

This missing post thing is buggin' me. Jus whut in tarnation is goin' on?!
Is it a master setting of some kind? Is it a software limitation?
I know about those.
See...
In the computer language my dept. uses, you can't have an array in which the total number of
characters in all the elements add up to more than 65,252.
Then this thing called overflow happens, and that is bad.
Not as bad as like when the toilet overflows, but there's usually carp to clean up.
I should know. I'm the one with the bucket and mop...so to speak.

Well, I'm goin' to go brush and wash up.
Mebbee tomorrow, I'll read y'all a bedtime story.
Oh, mebbee not. Tomorrow is revolver night for the plate match.
And better yet, it's FRIday!!! :D :D :D

Night-night, Drifters.

I've had a splendid idea for how to spread alarm and confusion among the populace, in a small way.

I'm on oxygen these days due to ruined lungs. I have begun carrying the portable tanks, which are pretty heavy, in a good backpack with a padded back panel. It's much more comfortable, and makes navigating a lot easier when I have my dog's lead in my right hand and my cane in my left.

The feeder line from cylinder to cannula is seven feet long.

I thought, "What would people think if I ran the tube from the backpack down the back of my pants and out the top of my fly to my nose?"

Now I'm thinking what I could tell the few who had the courage, and lack of tact, to ask what I was doing.

My weird sister suggested telling them I'm big on recycling. :D

That'd be a good one.
