A funny story about Clemenza, When my wife and I started dating the Godfather movie was still a pretty big hit. Being that her side of the family is Italian, grandparents and great grandparents immigrated from the old country, we even have one of the old steamer trunks! With that being said one of her grandfathers cousins was a spitting image of Clemenza! He could have been his twin! Anyway when we got married of course it was a somewhat traditional Italian wedding with all the relatives and such, it was a sight to behold!
Whenever there were family gatherings I would always ask if Clemenza was going to be there?, he always was!
With the passing of my father in law he was at the funeral, believe it or not he still looked the same but now quite a bit older! :)

Hey gals and guys I've been gone from the drift for too long now. Back from Africa and didn't see Leo, but had lots of fun and popped three critters. Hit a 4th a little too high, and lost him in the bush, though for three days we tried to roust out the rascal. All in all I had quite a blast. The pump 760 didn't have to shoot fast, cause all three critters died with one shot, except for the gemsbok who simply did not.

The South Africans all wanted to have a gander at that pump rifle, seems they'd never seen one before.

Call the doctor! I'm seeing spots.
Had me worried, Rusty. I read about your eye issue earlier. Then I get a tapatalk notification about your post, and all it says is "Rusty1953 Call the doctor! I'm seeing spots." I thought something serious had happened. When I got to the thread, I realized you were responding to the previous post. It's all about context. Well, glad you are o.k. and not having a stroke![emoji2]

Just pretend this is witty.

About 1pm my wife got back from Maryland with the granddaughter. They pulled in the driveway and she ask my wife where pop was, Pops in the pool! With that she's out of the car, grabs her bag with her bathing suit, she's in the powder room, changes all in a flash. She runs out on the deck, yells Hi pop and in the pool she goes. She hasn't been out since and it's now 5 pm. :D
This all this kid talked about in the car coming here was about going in pops pool!;)
It made all the work of opening and treating the pool well worth the time it took to do it!
It's great having a granddaughter! You gotta love'em! :D

Now all we have to do is figure how to get her out? ;)
