I caant believe I read the whooole thread. Did not feel right to post unless I did. To clear my mind I'm having spamity spam cheese grits with BacoBits and broccoli. No bear grease. Maybe the dog can nab a squirrel but I'll probably settle for iguana. Tastes like chicken. Be back later to faht in this general dyerection to correct any lateral drift I may have caused. Yes, we are not alone.

Changed out restaurant filters over fryers and griddles in my youth. Had to do the 2-step sometimes because they'd be in service. The glop that fell from the hood was mixed in with the rest of grease. Swore off that particular cuisine for a time.
