Was reading what happened to some rustlers that were burned alive by? . No wonder the town got a bad rap!
May have to see if I can't dig up some more editions and see what other things were going on in the area,might make interesting reading.

After looking at all the cool cars the past 3 pages I had to go to the garage and look lovingly at my MG & my Mini Cooper Sport, until warmer weather.

Yes they are, and right now mine is collecting spider webs and that's the way I like it!
They are incredibly good help when needed.
I serviced mine the end of October and parked it
on the back porch. Probably why we haven't gotten
a single flake of snow yet.

Haven't spent much time drifting tonight. I watched a movie with my wife...one of her favorites, Apartment For Peggy. I have watched it half a dozen times with her. At first, I thought it was just an old timey chick flick, but I enjoy watching it now. It has some funny moments, and if you pay attention, it makes some serious points as well. My favorite part of watching the movie is that it makes my bride happy. She smiles. She laughs. She repeats lines to me imitating the characters. And we laugh together. Some days, those laughs are difficult to find. She always manages, but I know it's difficult. Anything that makes laughter come easier is good medicine. As Dr. Barnes says in the movie, it takes light into dark places. At the risk of sounding schmaltzy, sometimes I think we could all use a little more light and a lot more laughter. Peace to you all. We now return to our regularly scheduled lapse of sanity.
I will not watch Downton Abbey though. I tried. Alas, no...not so much.
