Annoyed at thread drift

You are doing great. I'm 5'11" & 240. I got up to 250 this winter. After quitting smoking in October it seems like I am always hungry. I have been trying to eat healthier and ride my exercise bike but don't have a lot of will power. I'll be happy if I get back to 200. At the rate I'm going that may be another year.

Good morning drifters. It's 62 degrees at 03:55 in the desert this morning. The sun hasn't risen yet which is good because it's way too early for it to rise. I even got up before breakfast this morning of course I was only in the bed for a short time before the eyes flew open and I was wide awake. Oh well try again tonight.
No hordes were spotted or heard from during the night I'm starting to think they may have gone on vacation. Who knows they may have followed BCC to Ireland for a few beers.

49° F here this morning, which was the high for yesterday! Rain yesterday, with several thunderstorms passing through. Some lightning and thunder, some close, but the worst was to the west and the east. Showers predicted for today, partly cloudy, partly sunny, partly windy, partly still, so weather partly covered or not? 
Maybe try the range today? Partly is a good forecast for potential range results?

Good morning all, Looks like the night shift was busy overnight! Had a lot to catch up on this morning.
BCC, Sure does look like you're really on the move and seeing a lot of great stuff!
Hopefully maybe I can make my England trip next year! I really want to get over there to see our adopted English daughter and her family?
Not much new in these parts, 50 degrees and cloudy, expecting rain again!
Have another follow up doctor appointment with my Cancer oncologist, he should be as happy as me!

We have hurricanes named, typhoons named, same thing, just depends on what part of the world ? We now have snow storms named? Tornados have to be 'confirmed' otherwise not a tornado? Will floods, tsunamis (plural of tsunami, guess grammar nazi's can advise?), front line winds, massive thunderstorms, ugly clouds, pretty clouds, hail storms, etc. need names to become legitimate ? Hurricanes, don't know about typhoons, now have feminine names, what about winter storms? You know cold as a witches XYZ, what is a witches name? If typhoons occur near the Asian continent, why don't they have Asian names, why typhoon 'Sam' ?
Why isn't PC concerned about this? It is important!!!
How will children know and remember? How else will us ancient ones remember with our declining memory cells?
My theory is that it is a government plot, aided by the advertising industry, well heck BIG BUSINESS, to get everything down to acronyms and single words, so texting will be so easy you only need one thumb! LOL BTW......sort of like the Irish Mother Letter BCC posted!
You know if it wasn't for whiskey being invented the Irish would rule the world !

Just curious, I have seen a lot of posts about hating various actors for their political/anti gun beliefs. Where do you get all that info? I have no idea what their beliefs are.
