Goood morning everyone and Happy Friday! :)
Nice sunny day here again and starting out at 60 degrees! I'm lovin it but the rain :rolleyes: returns for the weekend! :(
Need to get the Motorhome ready to get it to the campsite since the wife is pushing it to be there for Memorial Day! :cool:
I guess I'll have to do my best to get it there but I have to get it home and dewinterized and washed, can't drive and start out with a dirty coach! ;)
We'll have to see how the weather plays out? :cool:

So we're looking at a Drift Reality show? Wow off the board and on the Telly could have the censors working overtime! :eek:
Don't go to CBS with this since I'm not to happy with them for dumping two of my favorite shows! :rolleyes:

Waaahooo, Finally a stretch of beautiful weather coming our way starting with today.
It's already sunny and getting warm. I think this calls for a toe tappin, get up and shake that Thang tune.

Good Morning:

Well in the eastern time zone it's already afternoon.

Woke up to a light rain. So to heck with it I laid back down. About 9:30 thunder boomers were rumbling. I said to heck with it again and rolled back over. Supposed to be 100% chance of rain all day? If the weather whacko's are correct?

I have NOTHING to do today. Wifey gets off work at 1:00 today and that "might" change?

So I'm going to lay around in my drawers till I'm told not to. I'll just tell her I couldn't find my pants, AGAIN?

So I hope everyone has a a Wondermus Day, stay strong, stay dry and if someone asks where's your damn pants, tell em you can't find them, as usual!! I know mine is missing in action! And I like it! Probably a little too much!
 
AHC, formerly Military Channel, actually has a WWII military program on right now, Scharnhorst sinking off Norway! So I guess their out as they are going back to normal.
Outdoor Channel possibly, but no abandoned mines, cause of claustrophobia!
MythBusters seems to be available for special affects, though do we have a opinion about berets? If we go north then ERA airlines could provide transportation, but then
TSA involved 😫 Trains would be fun, but they are limited locations!
So anybody have an RV? 😝
Are you allowed to plan a drift? 😰
Or do you drift a plan ? 😋

Back from SS office. Went well, though they were careful about what they can' t do!
They did provide a card for SHIIP, Senior Health Insurance Information Program, volunteers who can provide information regarding various insurance options for retirees. Left a message and waiting for a call back for an appointment.
We were at SS office right at opening per our appointment and were the 2nd in. As we waited, the waiting room started filling up. The lady who was first and us were the only seniors there! The remainder were young and foreign, and some of them resembled Walmart clientele. A couple of them looked like their clothes were cheap clown knockoffs, very colorful! The piercings were interesting as were the variety of languages being spoken!
A true melting pot we've become! 😉

Prohibited weapons and objects sign was interesting.
Only folding knives with no blade over 2.5".
Then no knives!
No corkscrews.
No scissors with sharp points.
No fingernail files with sharp points.
Some others but I forgot.
Security is Homeland and he had a Glock, and was left handed! 😊

Sarah Ophelia Cannon. She came from a wealthy family. She attended Ward Belmont College For Young Ladies with my first mother-in-law.

Off the set she was a very gracious, refined lady, completely different from her stage character.

Loved her stories, especially those about her brother, Brother. Like the one about Brother dragging a log chain down the road. An old man asked him, "Brother, why you draggin' that chain?" Brother said, "You ever try pushin' one o' these things?" :D
