Ahhhh Wall Drug.
Used to have a nickel cup of coffee as well.
Wonder if inflation finally did away with that.

And how in the world do they keep the birds
from eating the Corn Palace in Mitchell ???

After a visit back in the early 90's i have always
wondered.

Hope all you drifters down Texas way can stay dry for awhile.
We got just enough today to keep the flowers watered.

The big US40 yard sale started today. Runs across the mid
section of the country thru 5-6 states IIRC

I got enlisted as a driver for wifey today. Lots of folks set up
selling. I could find nothing i needed or wanted.
Wifey on the other hand found some costume jewelry and
other assorted trinkets that made her day. So it was a good day.

Y'all have a nice evening.

The people and places of the plains have remained true stalwarts of the American way.

We don't need no stinking Starbucks here!

That's why it's the state's second most popular tourist attraction.

I love it. She and I are sisters. :D

I do the same thing to my husband about all foods except grilled meat.
We both cook. There's stuff she cooks and stuff I cook.
Some stuff we cook together.
I did learn that when she's cooking lasagna and tells me to stir the sauce, all I do is stir the sauce.
Once I added some garlic. I'll never do that again.
She does the slicing and dicing when I cook the hot chicken curry.

Bizzare Swiss celebration.

Today, the usually conservative Swiss marked the grand opening of their massive new rail tunnel, with what is seemingly an homage to LSD.

Someday I Might Learn

Someday I might learn to keep my mouth shut?

Wifey was walking towards me a few minutes ago and I said here kitty kitty and she calmly walked towards me. I was excited! She slapped the snot out of me! And kept walking.

I'm sorry she was looking good. Oh well. That'll teach me? I thought it was funny, She didn't! I can't win, for losing!!!

So do you have one 1911 per year of marriage? Maybe that's the secret to a long happy marriage...gun for each year of marriage you survive. I think we're on to something here. I've got some making up to do...at least 15 more guns.

Just pretend this is hwitty.
