Annoyed at thread drift

We just had a pork roast that my wife prepared last night.
To say it was yummy's an understatement.
Had it with brussels sprouts in her garlic butter sauce.

Not sure if it's good or bad but this diet means that I can't eat much at one sittin'. Couldn't finish the roast but I'll have left overs for lunch tomorrow while my wife's at work.

And how in the world do they keep the birds

By the way, weighed myself earlier and I'm 3 pounds down.
Finally broke through the 192 pound barrier.
I'm down to 189.
That means that for my 'hitting a goal' treat, I get a coupla of my wife's yummy, juicy home made burgers.

We got just enough today to keep the flowers watered.

The big US40 yard sale started today. Runs across the mid
section of the country thru 5-6 states IIRC

I got enlisted as a driver for wifey today. Lots of folks set up
selling. I could find nothing i needed or wanted.
Wifey on the other hand found some costume jewelry and
other assorted trinkets that made her day. So it was a good day.

Some stuff we cook together.
I did learn that when she's cooking lasagna and tells me to stir the sauce, all I do is stir the sauce.
Once I added some garlic. I'll never do that again.
She does the slicing and dicing when I cook the hot chicken curry.
