She'll have some tough competition.[emoji2]

Bella the Shih Tzu may not have the outwardly fierce appearance of a typical PD canine, but she has finely honed senses. She can hear a nacho chip fall to the floor in another room, and instantly spring into action, stealthily hunting down the errant chip, and eliminating it with extreme prejudice. ;)

Much like Max, the Wonder Dog!

A factoid I always found interesting about this particular song: Eric Clapton was the lead guitarist for the Yardbirds when this tune was recorded. The producers at the time were wanting to take advantage of a trend, hence the harpsichord & the bongos. Clapton supposedly hated it, and would not play on that part of the song. He would only play on the chorus, where it really starts to rock. This is on the studio version, anyway. I can't tell who is on guitar in the video. Just a little more of Timn8ers useless bits of info...

I hope everyone slept peacefully! No bad dreams of any sort?

Wifey is on a breakfast run to Hardie's. After she gets back and we eat. I guess I'll start bottom to top, again? No, silly not with her! But that sounds like good idea! I'm talking about catching up on the drift!!! I'm behind on all the forum. And need to check eCrud, on bids I've placed on some coins.

And probably go back to bed? But that never works out? But sounds like a good idea!

Imagine forgetting to pull those zippers down? Would be an ugly sight!

The flight looks exhilarating, but I can't imagine a well controlled landing.

I prefer this:

snubbyfan is probably fit enough now to pull one of those A-6's up that mountain trail (wings folded of course), and save the wingsuit for his lite workout days. ;)

Good morning all,,,Happy Saturday!:D
Beautiful day here but a bit on the cool side. Had some nasty storms blow through here last night which probably bought this cooler weather with it!
Coffees still hot and just finished breakfast!;)
My daughter, SIL and granddaughter are here. Anyone want to guess where the granddaughter is already? In the pool! :D First thing this morning before breakfast....in the pool.
Last night at 8 PM they just got here and she was in the pool! The kid is going to turn into a fish!
Not too much else exciting here, no hordes were sighted so things are safe in the drift!

You also have to be annoyed by the drift and like cookies. Something like that.

Cookies aren't on my diet!
Hope I can still play in the drift.
Come to think of it, drifting doesn't annoy me at all, I kinda enjoy it.
Then again, I do like cookies, they just ain't on my diet.

Gray pride?

I don't have much gray hair except in my Beard, My dad passed away at 72 and he didn't have any gray hair. None! Momma had salt and pepper hair since she was in her early 20's. I guess the American Indian in her, made her coal black hair show the gray more?

I have no clue about Wifeys hair. When we were young it was a beautiful medium brown and long and straight down to the middle of her back. I LOVED her hair! But now it's neck length, curly swoops and sort of blonde'ish? I haven't seen her natural color in 30 years. So no, her carpet don't match her drapes!!

Grandson says she looks like ALL the other, older ladies out there?

So, I'm fix'n to lay out. And get some sleep!

Wifey is going into mermaid mode and heading out to our pool. Grandson says he's going swimming, also. So here we go!

She'll be screaming at him in 15-20 minutes. She just likes to just float around on her mega float in the 3 foot section and relax and catch some rays. He likes to jump and dive off the diving board in the 12 foot section and she'll be screaming about the waves? And in 45 minutes, he'll come in mad. Because she was screaming at him, to stop jumping in and diving. But he gets bored, just swimming around. And He knows it makes her mad! So here we go! It's pool time again! Our Summer time routine!

Then I'll give him $10 (used to be $5, but I guess inflation?) to go back out there and do 2-3 cannon balls and really piss her off! And then run back in! But first, tell her I paid him to do it! And, tell I said that's what she gets for yelling at him!!! And she'll be mad at me, not him! Win Win! He gets $10 and I piss her off by proxy!

Isn't life fun???

Get your mind out of the gutter! I'm not talking about that!!! I'm talking about where you start viewing the drift?

I usually start bottom to top? I guess you'd say I drift up!!!
I'll generally start at the top.
Sometimes, I'll start at the bottom then move to the top.
Sometimes the other way around.
Occasionally I'll go to the middle and work my out from there.
Today, I'm starting from the top and blathering as I go along.

Same here, just a little grey around the edges.
Like my Dad had. 'til the day he died.
My wife's hair's brown with some grey streaks.

Geesh!

Seeing that earlier post with Laurel and Hardy made me think of this! ;)
Whenever I would see a picture of the Pope I would think that I saw him somewhere before, something a little funny about him! ;)
Now I know why and by no means do I mean any disrespect!
