I'm Wondering?

Why is it OK for Wifey to barge in on me when I'm using the bathroom? Knowing good and well I'm in there. Just to put something stupid away, or to put towels up. WHY, couldn't she wait 5 extra minutes to put towels away? It don't matter what I'm doing, number one or two. She thinks it's fair game. I think she gets some kinda kick out of barging in? I don't say anything I just give her a "your stupid" look. She knows.

But if I accidentally walk in on her, when she forgets to lock the door. Lord Forbid, all HELL breaks loose and me never knowing she's in there. She pitches a total hissy fit, cussing and screaming. We have 2 1/2 bathrooms. I mainly only use our master bedroom bathroom for privacy. And I never lock the door. I shouldn't have too. I'm kind'a claustrophobic? Even at doctors appointments, I make em leave the door cracked. She is well aware of all this.

I guess I need to start locking the door? But I still say, I shouldn't have too, when she knows good and well I'm in there.

I think they all do that. My wife will even come in the shower with me, there are some things you like to do alone.

Sounds like it's time for another long hike.:D
This was my reward meal for hitting a goal weight.
Bison is lean protein and the hunk of cheese cake's kinda small.
Monday, gonna hit the diet and exercise hard again.
I'm getting close to my pre-neuropathy weight.
Clothes that haven't fit in years are fitting again.

Guess I am confused again? Twice in one day, a new record ! 😝
Notice I do not say how long a period of confusion lasts! 😏
I am missing the problem with this ? 😕
Please explain, use short words, and talk slowly, may have to linger on this! 😎

Notice that I am stuck in a loop here, so details of the problem would be appreciated! 😄
Don't if there is another way to ask?
HELP ! 😉

To my fellow fat fighters. You can call it a diet while dropping the big pounds, but it has to become a lifestyle you enjoy living to keep the pounds off. I like to tell folks I can fit into clothes that are so old they were Made in the USA.

Since we're talking about sleep just a little, I had some of the best sleep I've had in quite a while last night/this morning. According to the run time gauge on the CPAP, it was over six hours! Which, as some of you may know from my constant complaining & whining on the subject, is a record level, for me.Of course, that six hours is not all at once, but off & on. I'll take it, though.

That's good news there Tim,
If i can get a good 6-7 hours i feel fortunate.
My problem is getting up 2-3 times a night to hit the bathroom.

I gotta learn to shut off my liquids earlier in the day.

Let's See:

I just cooked a GIANT breakfast. Amish country ham, scrambled Amish organic brown eggs, Amish Bacon, Amish country smoked sausage, canned Grand Biscuits. And when I went yesterday to the Amish Country Store, I got some Bradley Mators. These are the best tasting Mators of the season so far. Real vine ripened Bradley's. They are a deep reddish purple. Absolutely delicious! Medium size, perfect size to dice of slice for sandwiches.

I also came to the conclusion, that I HATE all weedeaters. About three years ago I bought the Best Craftsman 2 cycle straight shaft. And only used it 2-3 times because, I was having a mower service do my yard. I only used it in between mowings or for touch ups. So it still looked Brand New. So I get it out a couple of months ago, couldn't make it start. Tried cleaning the carb, of course I changed the fuel. Even tried another fuel mixture, changed the spark plug. Nothing. I pulled and pulled till my guts hurt. So I went to Sears and bought a Electric Starter (it has the attachment built in) still wouldn't start. So I drag the weedeater bask to a Sears Service Center. Now, mind you, it still looked Brand New! Just a little grass stains on the cutting housing. Take it into Sears, the guy says it'll be $99 to check it out, plus any parts needed and will take two to four weeks for the repair? Plus tax? I only gave something like $139 for it new? So I got my money back on the Electric Starter Thingie and told him to throw the weedeater away in their dumpster. He said "I can't do that". So I got my refund and walked out. Leaving the weedeater. So I guess he did "Do That"! I left it. The Craftsmen weedeater I had before that one lasted me about 7 years of hard use. Never a issue! It finally had such low compression, it got hard to start, but would still start, using starting ng fluid. I like the Craftsmen, because of the single easy to use string. But, I'm assuming now they're like Bic Lighters and Kia's (sorry Bic Lighter Owners)? Meant to be Disposable!

So fast forward to Fathers Day this year. I went to Home Depot (June 11th to be exact) and used the money the kids gave me for Fathers Day and bought a Ryobi 40 volt electric weedeater, it came to $172 with tax. And had a 5 year warranty, and a in store 90 day complete money back refund. I thought, Waa Laa, no more pulling my guts out. No more mixing gas. I used it three times and the battery wouldn't even do what little trimming I needed to do and then completely stopped charging, even following the owners manual to a T! So I took it back and got my money back yesterday evening. I give up! And don't know what to do? I guess I'll look into a good commercial type 4 cycle??

I HATE Weedeaters!

I hate trimming the yard but i do Love my Stihl
trimmer. It's a mid-range model. Cost around 175.
Next time i will upgrade and go with the commercial
grade job for another 75-100 bucks. The one that has
a harness you wear over your shoulder. Makes trimming
so much easier, especially if you have tall brush to cut.

That's exactly it. Get the post neuropathy weight off then restucture both my diet and activities to maintain that weight.
Actually it's not just the weight but what that weight's composed of.
Right now I concentrate on lean protein, green vegetables and whole wheat.
Keeping my diet balanced and supplying the protein and calories needed for my workouts.
While keeping myself in a caloric deficit to urge my body to burn fat stores for energy.
Between my workouts at the Y and hiking the mountains I figure something's gotta happen.

Look's like the size tag is missing.:D:D

Extra Large Tall was required for me at 6' 1 1/2" 220 pounds in the early 1990s. Now days 6' 1 1/2" is right on the border between regular and tall. I still need the XL for my shoulders and chest. I also need a 36" sleeve. After dropping 90 pounds in about eight months, I have fluctuated between 192 to 202 pounds for a year. I want to do the bounce between 185 and 190, but I've got the rest of my life to get there. My BP is under control with no meds, I have twice the raw strength I had, and five times the endurance I had two years ago. Snubby and BCC inspire me to get serious again about getting into shape. :)

Early Beer Time on a hot Sunday afternoon... Guiness made in Ireland not the Canadian version.

Cheers!

Be still my beating Heart !!!

Can't miss me with a Guinness. Draft preferred.

I still go on these brewery tours with a buddy and he gets
"almost ticked" at me because i always order Guinness on Tap
if they have it.
