I just couldn't take it any longer and had to buy myself an M&P 9 FS. I have wanted one of these for a while now but it seems like I always saw another gun I wanted more. But today was the day. I just sold a couple items and had enough cash to finally buy one so off to the gun shop I went. I only had about an hour to kill before I had to leave town with the wife so I rushed over there and got the deal done, rushed back home and managed to fire off 35 rounds just to check for function. 3 different types of ammo and no problems. Trigger seams just fine too.
Anyway just thought I would share my enthusiasm with my new purchase.

Probably too much but I wanted it so I bought it. $485.
Sad part is about three weeks ago the same dealer had it on sale for $399 but I didn't have the extra $ at the time. Several places I checked didn't have one and said they were hard to come by. I did see a new one in a pawn shop and they wanted $499.

Congrats hope you reload because they are so much fun to shoot you will be burning through the $$$ for ammo. I have badly wished to start IDPA and I had been trying to decide between a M&P FS, a FNS, VP9, XDM and came across a killer deal on a LNIB M&P Pro 4.25" W/4 mags and that was that. Was considering upgrading to a Apex system, but so far I like the trigger so well I'm going to leave it be for now. No the trigger is not perfect, but I'm also not competing in bulls eye shoots either. The gun is way more accurate than I am AT PRESENT, and more than accurate for IDPA.

Hope you enjoy your M&P as much as I am.
