True story, the very first time I went to the post office in Hooterville I made a point of stopping a half a block away and locking my gun up before I went to the post office. (Yes, I know I was still breaking the law having it in my car but I figured the odds were in my favor)
I walked into the post office and there was a dude standing in line open carrying.
No one seemed to care and no one hired me to do security or law enforcement for the Post Office I conducted my business and left.
I can't imagine having to go back to that post office but if I do I'm still going to disarm because life has taught me that I am that guy.
The entire town of Hooterville, all 790 of them, could open carry in that post office and nobody would say anything.
But if I walked in there with so much as a BB gun I'd get busted for it
