The powder and the powder spray do not work. Get a tube of
Great Value "Jock Itch" at Walmart. It's a salve. Smear it on.
Only about $4 for a small tube. Works for me. Good luck!

If you're gonna use bleach to wash your underpants make sure to run the UP's thru the rinse cycle at least twice. Udderwise the residual bleach if you don't multi rinse will combine with sweat and irritate your testi cals as much as fungi.

Change the laundry soap used to wash your under clothing .. you may be allergic to the soap and when you become a bit sweaty our skin reacts to it .. even if you have used the same soap for years ..

also if you have changed medicine lately could be cause or reaction to something ..

For any kind of itch, heat rash, i use lava soap. Wash it, the area a few times. Maybe there's lye in the soap I don't know but the relief is there.

My advice would be to quit fooling around at Walgreens. Go see a dermatologist. My guess is he'll send you over to a compound pharmacy to get a mix of Nystatin cream solution.

Exactly! Find out why, it could be an allergy, a virus, or something that is triggering the itch, but not skin related. An abscess somewhere, or tumor could be triggering the itch.
