Anybody using Holster Shirt?

I have never found any of these shirts (and I've tried a few different brands, not this one though) the be useful. Pretty much it's only useful if you're wearing a button up shirt.. half way unbuttoned. Can't wear a t-shirt with them... and if you are wearing a button up shirt, I prefer IWB anyway because if it's untucked, it makes waste band carry even more concealed. Anything over a J frame airweight wasn't comfortable for me.. and those could get lost in some of the shirts.

I hope I'm not the only one who thinks that shirt is as useless as an ashtray on a motorcycle.

Most of that stuff isn't worth the powder to blow it to Hell.
I have a Kramer deep cover T shirt for those times when you absolutely, positively don't want to be "made". But even though it fits the torso tightly, and a 342PD filled with 158's weighs as little as a handgun can, you still find yourself wishing you'd bought two guns, so the downward pull would at least be even on both sides of the ambi pockets. Wearing even a medium weight gun on only 1 side would be like having your "package" pooching half way out of only one leg hole of your tighty whities.
But if the circumstances demand it, you "does what's you got's to does"! And are damned glad when your done doing it, you don't have to do it too often?

Thanks guys! I suspected that shirt was going to create more problems than it solved, but I knew some of you would know.

Some of my coworkers use them for when flying armed. They seem to support our Sigarms P229. It's a great shirt for deep concealment, but super slow to access even with the 5.11 button down shirts worn over them that have snaps in the chest area. I think they have their place but even in a NPE, I still want fast access to my handgun.

I have several of them and wear often during cold weather to stash a couple of J's in. Works good enough but I prefer OWB in a good leather rig. I say bring back open carry anywhere, anytime.

T-shirt holsters

I have used both the 5-11 and the Masters of Concealment. When you need to be concealed and have your shirt tucked in they are the ticket. The 5-11 is not as comfortable as the other because of the stitching inside. I wear my tuck in shirts a bit large so it hides med and small frame guns very well.

A base game warden uses one, under coveralls though.

choices are pretty limited when you're wearing 'scrubs'. I have the kramer shirt usually with a 638 and something flat for ballast on the other side. Beretta 71 or a CZ .25acp. A fellow member here recommended the 5.11 shirt as it doesn't sag as much.

good luck & let us know how it works.

Well stated. My 5.11 works very well when I need a neat appearance.
