If you did I just want you to know you were always my favorite cousin. Mom always told me I could count on you. I think we should get together . I have a few ideas I'd like your opinion on.

Well, new favorite cousin, if I'd won, I'da gave it all to ya, minus my original cost of buying the ticket and the price of a hot breakfast.
All that money would just spoil me anyhow. :D

I bought 5 tickets just for the heck of it...we never buy tickets unless the pot is ridiculously large. We know we aren't going to win, but it's worth a few dollars just to avoid thinking about what if we would have won and didn't play. We have a set of numbers we always play, when we do play...and so far, they've never even come close.

I have always maintained it's better to be good looking than wealthy...but so far I've only been ugly and poor. :o

Have'nt checked my few tickets yet but if i won you will
all know about it soon enough as i would go on one heckuva
buying spree on the (for sale) section here and the Colt Forum.

Double bad mood . . . didn't win anything and woke up and found myself at work . . . :(

I bought 40$ worth of tickets, nothing at all, no more than 2 numbers on any line, no powerball at all

Missus P&R Fan bought a ticket. She was home when I woke up, so I assume she didn't win.;)
Over the years I have kept careful track of how I've done on the lottery. As of today, the amount I've spent on tickets and the amount I've won matches EXACTLY. The reason for that amazing statistic is I've never bought a ticket. (At least not for myself, I've bought a few for other people). I look at the system as Voluntary Taxation. I'm not real fond of the Involuntary kind.

Here in Iowa they have an ad campaign that screams "You can't win if you don't play!!!!!"
You also can't LOSE if you don't play.:D

That said,if the Missus didn't win,I hope one of you did.:)

I picked 4 out of the 6 numbers including the powerball. Won $14 getting the 2+powerball right on one ticket and 3 white on the other. So close yet so far... Yet another idiot tax I paid in 2012.

Years ago at lockheed there was a group that would pool tickets. Eveidently two guys got together. They carefully doctored up the winning with other tickets and a exacto knife. Four or five of them met at work and the one showed the ticket and was dancing around with it in the air shouting we won! The other guy was one of the biggest guys at lockheed, around 6ft 8"s, and a loudmouth bulley type. He came walking by, snapped the ticket out of his henchmens hand and tore it up and growed somthing like BS, thats a loser and kept walking. One of the group not half his side almost went insane and tried to fight him!
The big guy kept me busy a number of times as I was a guard.

I WON!!! I WON!!!

I bought 10 "Quik Piks". One of the QP's was a $100 winner (4 White). Now to decide where to spend my "Fortune". Maybe a couple of 2" thick Porterhouse steaks at deer camp this weekend.

As a matter of fact I did. I was informed by e-mail I'd won the Royal Jamacian lottery. (100,000 pounds sterling) I was amazed, particuarly since I hadn't bought a ticket!

And it's not a scam. Nothing about giving them any of my bank account numbers. They said they would send me a check. All I have to do is send them $1200 to cover tax and duties. I e-mailed them back and said "Just deduct the $1200 take $500 for yourself and send me the rest".

It's been 6 days now and I haven't heard back yet. You'd think someone you just tipped 500 bucks would be politer!

Yes, me. Several years ago when I lived in Hamtramck Michigan I bought a ticket for the Polish Lottery and hit for a million dollars.
I now get a dollar a year for a million years.

yep, I won... thank you everyone who bought a ticket because my schools will (well actually MAY) get some of that money for educational info (like teaching the kids the odds of winning are like 1 in 176,000,000). Your better off guessing the numbers on a dollar bill in your wallet.

But don't let common sense get in your way...

Here's your sign!

I can't believe I almost won! All I needed was five numbers!!
