Are these grips ugly?

You know what they say about being ugly but feels the same in the dark..........the problem is, those glow:(

The color of those grips was just a matter of time. Not bad. The gun is a dog though. If that gun were my dog, I'd shave its butt and make it walk backwards.

Personally, I want to gag every time I see a firearm in OD Green. It's all personal preference.

Here is something to check your gag reflex. I keep this one in my truck, and no, it's not a toy. Series 70 LWC, .45. Yep, it's all personal preference.

The floresant (sp?) green does push the envelope though.

Everyone keeps giving me heck about my new grips for my 640 pro.

I like them :D

What say you? Hogue bantam grips in zombie green.

Don't worry about what we think. How do they work FOR YOU? Your hands and your shooting performance with those grips are all that matters. If you also "like" them subjectively, that's a bonus.

I like it :)

Black rubber grips: comfy but little character
Wood grips: not as comfy but lots of character
Green rubber grips that your 5-year old picked out: comfy and lots of character (albeit different type of character).

Fast forward 15 years with your kid. I salute you sir if you keep them and I'll bet your kid will too.

So much for concealed carry. That thing is going to glow right through your jacket :-)

They look best in the dark, when the green glow matches the night sights :)
