Bang from Ohio

Howdy. New member here from Ohio. I am a old time revolver fan and now an auto fan. I have read plenty of good stuff about the 3913. I bought it as a carry gun. Not sure if this is the right catagory to ask but does anyone know what the TFB is preceeding the numbers under the 3913? Is this just part of my serial number? I have read plenty about TSW. Does this relate to the model?
I don't see the spell checker so I will apologize in advance for any errors.
