Big brother and little brother

Bought my M&P fullsize about a year and a half ago. Well actually, I traded for it. After shooting a friends M&P I decided I had to have one, and because I shot it better than my carry weapon at the time I traded it in on the M&P. The gun I traded was an H&K USP compact, I didn't care that I took a loss, the M&P was a better gun for me. Anyway, when I first saw the shield I knew I wanted one. I picked one up last week on sale, paid $350 out the door. I bought it with the intent of my wife carrying it. I put about 200 rounds through the shield today to break it in for her before she gets home from the Army leadership course she's in. I've also been carrying it for the past few days, I think I'm gonna have to buy one of these for myself!!

Congrats on the new Shield, good gun at a good price. I think you wife will be so happy with it, that you're gonna have to get your own.

I love my 40c but plan to get the 40 shield for carry after I get my CPL to carry. The 40c will become my home defense weapon. Smith did well with the M&P line.
