Bingo!

Yesterday, my wife and I went to the American Legion Post in Berkeley Springs to play bingo. It was sponsored by the Morgan County Humane Society to raise funds.
She had the opportunity to yell "Bingo!" I got close a few times. This is a picture of her in her lucky shirt with her winning card and her $50 in winnings.


Afterwards we went to the Potomac River Grill for supper. She had the pork chops with green beans and French fries and I had the grilled shrimp with rice pilaf and green beans. We both got our protein and carbs for today's workout.

Have a nice day out, win a couple bucks, dinner, and best of all for a good cause! Doesn't get much better than that! (Except my good friend hit $15 grand, tax free, on the final score yesterday.)

Congratulations to Lisa! Miss Pam and I have been on about 30 cruises. She usually did well. Always played 6 cards at a time. On one cruise She won $750.00 in cash and played on the last game of the cruise, it was black- out bingo (every square covered), and won a free cruise.

But oh wait...

We were on the free cruise and I decide to try my luck. I had never Played bingo in my life. It was the last game of the cruise. another game of black-out bingo and WAIT FOR IT

.I won a free cruise! No one had ever done that before on a Carnival Ship. Two free cruises in a row Is way outside the norm for us. WAAAAYYYY outside.

I never played another game. I decided to quit while I was ahead.
