I read through all the posts w/interest & feel bad for all that are experiencing trouble. My older design Ruger LCP has never given me a problem over many years and hundreds of mixed rounds down range. Luck was on my side when I picked it up.

Galloway Precision has a replacement RSA on their web site but has not been in stock for weeks. I am willing to try that when it becomes available. Stainless Steel Guide Rod Assembly for Smith & Wesson Bodyguard 2.0 Pistols
On a side note, I bought three Galloway Precision recoil spring assemblies, and all three cause each of my three guns to malfunction. I get a dead trigger with each Galloway Precision spring in each of the three guns. I'm only using the factory springs, and have a minimum of 1000 rounds fired in each gun, with zero malfunctions aside from the Galloway Precision experiment.

I had the same issue with the Galloway OEM and also returned it.Wow... there is not much that is posted about the BG2 and aftermarket upgrades that surprises me anymore.
Unfortunately for me, the Galloway -10% did not allow the slide to go into battery when manually manipulating the slide. I returned it to Galloway.
S&W sent a new spring, after two range visits it started to do the same thing. I am now looking for a third party spring assembly. Galloway Precision has one on their website but it is NEVER in stock.Me too
My Bodyguard 2.0 did the same thing. The end of the spring was coming past the lip. On my second range trip the slide jammed in place. When I finally got it open and disassembled the large spring had become "un-captive", i.e. was completely free out past the end of the guide rod.
