Bodyguard 2.0 shooting left - LCP Max sights fit!

I'm new here, skimmed through all the previous messages and didn't see this mentioned. Hoping this helps
With reference to Bullseye, drift your sights...

F-front
O-opposite
R-rear
S-same

A photo please

LCP Max front sight didn’t work on BG 2.0 - too narrow in dovetail, not compatible in my case.

Can you please show, via photo, how much wider it is as I'd like to try taking the time to carefully make it fit if you're up for parting with the offending front sight.

Thanks in advance.

Tried installing a BG set of sights on my BG2.0 and the problem on the front sight isn't the front to back width, but the depth of the dovetail. It's much deeper on the BG2.0 so the sight needs a thicker insert (see photo). The aftermarket sights are much easier to see though and as soon as a proper set is available, I'll order some.

LCP Max front sight too small, nothing to grab onto, no resistance.

Yeah, turns out I’m an idiot and was chasing the sights and complicating things. Centered both up and nudged the front sight towards the POI, and now it’s dead nuts accurate at 7 yards. Maybe a 2” group from a rest. So, not only is it accurate, but we have options as far as sights go! Sorry for leading anyone astray with regards to the grouping, but you live and you learn.

Just bought my BG 2.0 and my front sight seems centered, but I am also shooting left a few inches at 7.5 yards.

How do you adjust the front and/or rear sights on the BG 2.o?

Sights for Lcp max no good for BG2.0

The front sight would not work on mine ether but the rear fit perfect.

As I posted before, I changed out both sights with two sight sets. The rear is from a Tru-Glo set made for the original Bodyguard/LCP Max and the front is from a Tru-Glo set made for the EZ9. The front one does not flop around but is not tight. Permatex thread locker orange works beautifully to hold it and you would need a punch or sight pusher to move it. I've got over a thousand rounds through it and zero movement.

Can somebody explain how the sights can be pushed so far without changing the point of impact.:confused:
Rear sight is moved in the direction you want to move the group. Front in the opposite direction. If the OP has both sights hanging off the left, he's achieving nothing.
Edit- I see that Pocketsand has discovered this, and I'm encouraged to hear about the LCP sights fitting.
I've gone with a BG1.0 rear, and put a dab of white paint in the OEM front...the night sight was so dim as to be of no use, and white shows up better than the factory orange.
Really pretty happy with this setup, and won't change until something really good comes along.

The Xs sights so far seem to be the only set to be made for a good fit without the need to mix and match.. The tritium rear inserts are a big plus for my eyes
The mix and match stuff is complicating my life. Have two BG2.0s, both have identical BG1.0 rears, and the OEM front. I carry one, shoot the heck out of the other. Simply buying two sets will get expensive, and buying four to get the needed parts, is simply silly.
I don't know of a source for BG1.0 rears; had mine from two guns that got XS sights.. Yeah, I had two BG1.0s as well. :(
