Bought my LAST new S&W revolver

As I read through all of these complaints I can't help but wonder why you are having such issues. I am a long time S&W fan, and have many good friends in LEO category that are also S&W fans. None of us seem to have the issues that are being described here. One guy sent in a well worn model 10 for repair and a re-blue job. He got it back in 3 weeks, including shipping and it looks better than new and shoots like a dream. None of us have had issues with S&W customer service so I can't help but wonder if perhaps many of the issues being described here are being self induced by being overly demanding and rude to the customer service representative. For all that are willing to listen, remember the golden rule. "Do onto others, as you would have others, do onto you." Then again, this may be the first time most of you have ever heard of this. Be nice to others, and they, should and for the most part are, "Nice to you." There are however exceptions to this thought.
You must not comprehend what I posted about being rude. Been in business for many many years and have dealt with " all types" and was never rude to any of the CS guys I talked to. Simply asked for a replacement gold dot insert. By chance one finds that rude then that's their problem, not mine.
S&W Needs to get their act together but I'm done with them.

Well got a large box today and could not figure out what it could be. Opened and was full of large cell bubble wrap with the small plastic envelope in the bottom. 2 gold dot inserts. Now to mix some epoxy and glue it in front sight blade. Don't know to keep mountain gun or move it.

You must not have noted that I mentioned the greater majority of the complaints, not yours specifically. Saying bye to S&W is your choice as well as your loss.

So they sent you what you requested, in 8 working days? And gave you a spare at that?

No you must not have read my first post, been a month but hey what can one expect????
I did indeed read it, posted on Sept 4th. That's 8 working days ago. You didn't specify any dates in the first post. Since they don't make the sights but buy them from a supplier, they likely had to order the gold bead separately from the supplier since they would stock the gold bead sights assembled, and the gold bead sights are used on only a select number of their guns.
