If you saw a pic of my noggin? well, the best description I can make in comparing it with something is-remember the third installment of the original Star Wars movie? Return of the Jedi. Wel, the part where Luke takes the helmet off of Darth Vader-look at his noggin. The battle damge on his head--looks like mine.

One of few tings I remember telling my Dr, is that's this surgery reminded me of a Star Trek episode called: Spock;s Brain The doc laughed at that. The testing was done in order to see what was needed for te fine tuning of things in about a week or so.

Funny stuff but I would have opted for the Cranial Screw Top.

I want to wish you the best of luck and your doctors the best of skill in returning you to who you want to be. The forum memberships encouragement helped me through my 2 months of medical issues and by the looks of this thread you will have plenty of well wishes and prayers.

Several years ago, I had to have a steel plate put in my head. The surgeon was Hispanic, and the last thing I remember before going under was the surgeon saying "Careful sir, the plate is hot".

Thank you Phil. Also, I had been wantig to reply more but wifi is still acting up and my meds floor me. Im curretly taking about nine different pills an then taking vitamin B 12 and other vitamins. Ill/be in zombieland by 6 or so

One of the pills im taking is Hydro--something or other.On the lable it says: refills are against the law. Im guessing its THAT good of a pilll? I took one this morning and im still floored. I have to take two more by days end too. The thing hate about it--is im always in la la land. I cant stand to not be in control of myself.

Kind of reminds me of my orthopedist when we were planning rotator cuff surgery. He's a shooter too--he asked me what guns I had. I gave him the short version and asked him why he wanted to know. He said if the operation wasn't 100% successful and I could no longer use the guns he wanted to buy them at a discounted price.
