Can Meprolights be Re-Lamped?

I think I've read something about this before, but can't seem to turn it up here. Will Meprolight (Kimber) re-lamp their night sights? I though all former police S&W's with night sights used Trijicons, but a 5943 I picked up has Meprolights. They are marked "MH3" and are dim.

If Meprolight won't, maybe Tool Tech would?
