Friday Night Status Report for Cheyenne.
It looks like there will not be any empty tables. Lots of the old timers here as well an entire group of Newbies.
Lots of guns and gear have been seen so far, but a few folks won't be here until the AM.
The next report will be tomorrow evening after closing and dinner.

I actually went to this one a few years ago after a detour to my cousin's wedding in Denver. It' a long way from Mississippi and not nearly as big as the shows I'm used to but I did enjoy the experience and picked up a few pairs of grips I had been looking for. I wasn't expecting the temp to be below 40* though which it was at the time.

Saturday in Cheyenne, WY.
We could have slept in and not expended any energy today.
AM crowd was very brisk and lively. Some folks did well, others could have stayed at home.
Today's gross sales for Debbie's rugs and cases were $314, lots better than Alabama.
Total gross for "Team Braxton" was $811., including Deb's sales.
I do believe that most of the "free money" has been spent, and folks have bought what they wanted earlier in the year.
I did see a lot of ammo going out the door in various calibers
and amounts.
My trade was a M17-3 TTT I had for a Colt .22 Conversion kit in the box. Of the three mags included one turned out to be for a Systema 27 "ACE" and the other two are Colt.22.
My only real sale was a S&W Bodyguard .380 with box/ docs,3 mags/holster and laser. I cleared $25 on the sale, but was glad to be rid of the only plastic piece I had.
If we can gross about $200 tomorrow and sell off the rest of the rugs and cases we should be able to gross about $2500 for the show.
Not a great performance, but we will go home with an empty truck and will not have had to dip into our pockets.
We will have also had a great time visiting with friends and doing what we like to do. I am glad that this is a hobby, because we would starve trying to make a living at this.
Everybody stay healthy and safe.
Final wrap up is tomorrow evening.

Cheyenne Wrap Up on Sunday 6/13/2020
Today was a dismal day for most. A lot of bargain hunters and low ballers tried to strike a favorable deal but left empty handed.
The only sale I had all day was a consignment piece.
Debbie did OK for the weekend with her rugs and cases, and we deliver all of the rest as we leave town tomorrow.
After we sold off all of the excess cases our total gross for the weekend was$3077, with the majority of sales belonging to the Bride.
The truck should get better mileage going home since about 95% of the load will be gone.
We are leaving Cheyenne tomorrow morning after breakfast. The first night we hope to be in YORK, NE before turning south through NE to KS and OK.
If we have favorable weather, traffic and construction I hope to be home Thursday afternoon before dark.
Some of the folks actually had a better show than others. two-bit cowboy shared the space with us and did very well.
We really can't complain. We did what we planned to do and had a great time doing it.
We have thoroughly enjoyed being here and visiting folks we have not seen since moving to AL.
We hope all of our forum friends have a great summer.
Stay safe and healthy.
