Coffee and tea preferences

I was using classic 8'oclock in the can (pre ground) until Walmart quit selling it now it's Walmart Classic roast. NO iced coffee for this old boy (it tastes nasty), for iced tea it's Luzianne, same for hot tea just pour it in a cup and heat it in the microwave.

When I run out of the whole beans my sister gives me, I drink Chock Full o' Nuts, which I'm sure a lot of people feel is appropriate.

Chock Full O' Nuts was my coffee of choice for years but when the price of coffee skyrocketed a few years ago I started buying whatever was on sale. I usually like a Columbian or French Roast, pretty strong with sugar. No milk or cream thank you. Only a couple of cups when I wake up does it for me for the day.

My wife doesn't drink coffee, but I have a 16-oz. insulated mug of it every morning that lasts me until noon. She bought me a Keurig brewer a couple of years ago for Christmas, and after trying many different coffee pod brands during the first year, I've settled on "Costa Rica Paraiso", "Dunkin' Donuts Original", and "Donut Shop" as my three favorites.

I brew two 8-oz. cups separately, combine them in a glass measuring cup, microwave that for 50 seconds, and pour it into the 16-oz. insulated stainless mug which I've pre-heated with hot water for 5 minutes previously, add some Equal and 1/2 & 1/2, and head out to my garage office about 9:00 AM. It's gone by noon, and it's time for lunch! :)

I like Earl Grey, especially when it is sweetened with Amaretto.

See if your wife likes Twining's Lady Grey. Not nearly as flavored with with bergamon. Reminds me of an American brand called Constant Comment.

My daughter likes it.

Despite being a Southerner,I drink so much iced tea that I prefer to drink it unsweetened with a slice of lemon. If I have to sweeten it, I just use Sweet'N Low. Of course the best way to sweeten iced tea is to use rum!

Sugar is good for a lot of things. But it doesnot belong in coffee or tea. Hot or cold.
Cream in coffee (if anything)
Lemon in tea.

I come from a country that takes its tea and coffee with milk and sugar. They're not gonna change and neither am I.

Besides, if I did Mum would disown me.
